Light spoilers. This page names rooms, items and characters you meet, but keeps the story beats out of it.

Servant of the Lake has 49 Steam achievements. About half are story achievements that unlock as each block of the day ends — you cannot miss those. The rest are hidden, tied to optional interactions, and disappear when their day-block does.

This page lists them in the order you reach them, with the official in-game clue where the game provides one. Several also have their own page with the full explanation of why they get missed.

Day 1 — Morning

Petting the Horse — "Something wiggles! One click may not be enough." Courtyard. Click the horse, glasses included, over and over before you feed it the carrot.

Feeding the Cat — "Kitty wants something. What do cats love?" Hallway. Give Rustie the milk before the dead mouse.

Exercising with Mr. Aldous — "You have to make him move. How to fail at this task?" Bedroom. Do the exercises wrong on purpose until Aldous complains he is stuck. See the exercise puzzle page.

Day 1 — Afternoon

Small Repairs — "What else can you dust? There is more than three paintings." Hallway. Keep dusting past the obvious three portraits.

Ruining the Bouquet — "The goat deserves more attention. Alexandra isn't the only one loving flowers." Garden. Let the goat chew the bouquet before handing it to Alexandra.

Day 1 — Evening

Serving Match Latte — "The cat also likes herbs. Maybe Rusty puked more than once." Put the green powder in Alexandra's tea.

Soothing the Baby — "Someone else wants a drink. Why is this baby so fussy?" Give the champagne to baby James, not William.

Waking William — parlor. Click his hat, ears and tie and read which way his eyes point to pick the next one.

Day 1 — Night

Checking for Intruders — "Be Thorough. Are those specters?" Go back to the corridor window where you served the tea.

Chasing the Crow — "Many things are staring from the window! Click on that bird!" Attic. Move in and out of the containers until the crow appears at the window, then click it.

Day 2 — Morning

Serving Mr. Aldous his Favorite Coffee — "Green Coffee isn't the tastiest. Roasted Coffee Beans are better." Roast the beans before throwing them on the stove.

Tickling Mr. William — "You have a feather! Toes aren't your only victim." Use the feather on his face, not his feet, until he says stop.

Day 2 — Afternoon

Deep Cleaning — "There is blood and what else? This drawing is helpful but…" Scrub the family portrait in the kitchen with the brush.

A Perfect Hunt — "There are only 5 targets. 10 bullets are enough." Five targets, ten bullets, no missed shots at all. A miss counts even with ammunition to spare.

Day 2 — Evening

Close Inspection — "You don't need a key to see inside. Who is in the bathroom?" Look through the second-floor bathroom keyhole.

Cleaning the Windows — "Something else needs to be cleaned. The windows are a little foggy." Wipe the window after Alexandra is in the bath.

Day 2 — Night

Garbage Disposal — "This is disgusting! Throw them down! The balcony isn't a trashcan!" On the balcony, throw everything over the edge.

Pest Control — "The hole is inhabited. Use the sledgehammer!" Three steps, and most players stop after the first: magnet to pull the key out → click the hole again to draw the mouse out → sledgehammer it when it returns.

Day 3 — Morning

Petting the Cat — "Rusty is calm now. More than once, he was loose poor thing." Stroke Rustie on the maid's lap.

Animal Testing — "Someone else can taste it! Give him some Elixir." Give the elixir to the parrot.

Checking the Furniture — the table leg in the servants' room, the one the cat hides behind. Not the kitchen; this page said kitchen until 16 August and that was wrong.

Seasoning the Soup — kill the fly on the cake table with the knife and drop it into the soup. Fires during the hallucination that follows.

Finishing Touch — Day 3 evening. Line the fish shadow up with the rightmost second-floor window, take the brooch from the frame beside William, pose him to match the dining room painting, and pin it on him.

Safety Test — click the chandelier rope repeatedly before dinner starts. Previously given here as a rope in the dining hall; it is the chandelier's.

First Aid — once you have the fork, click Aldous's lower leg and use it to treat the wound. Previously written as pulling a fork out of his shoulder — the opposite.

After the credits

You've found him! — the last achievement, and it needs a full pass back through all three days. Route on its own page.

Still to be confirmed

We could not verify the following against more than one source, so we have left it out rather than guess. This page is updated as confirmations come in.

  • About six of the 49 achievements are still undocumented anywhere; roughly 43 are now accounted for.
